At PlantJoyCo, we take great care in packaging and shipping your plants so they arrive safely and in the best possible condition.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays
- During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Days (Live Plants)
To minimise transit stress for plants, we ship orders on:
- Monday – Wednesday only
This helps avoid plants being held in transit over the weekend.
Orders placed later in the week may be shipped the following week.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Most locations within Australia
However, we may limit shipping to certain remote or high-risk areas where transit times are too long for live plants.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you and issue a refund.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- NSW Metro: 1–3 business days
- Interstate Metro: 2–6 business days
- Regional areas: 3–10 business days
Please note:
- These are estimates only, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to courier networks or external factors
⚠️ Important – Live Plant Deliveries
Plants are living items and require prompt care.
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, OR
- Monitor tracking and collect the parcel promptly
You must:
- Unbox your plants immediately upon delivery
- Provide appropriate care as soon as possible
PlantJoyCo is not responsible for plant damage due to delayed collection or unpacking.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Any promotions (e.g. free shipping) will be clearly stated
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
PlantJoyCo is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Failed delivery attempts
- Parcels returned to sender
If your order is returned:
- Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery
🌡 Weather & External Conditions
We may delay shipping during:
- Extreme heat
- Cold snaps
- Severe weather events
This is to protect the health of your plants.
📦 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email: plantjoycobusiness@gmail.com
- Include:
- Photos of the plant
- Photos of packaging
- Your order number
We will assess and resolve the issue in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
