PlantJoyCo sells live plants, which are natural, living products.

Because of this:

  • Each plant is unique and may vary in size, shape, colour, and fullness
  • Minor imperfections (e.g. small marks, leaf blemishes) are normal
  • Product images are representative only, not exact

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our plants, but we do not guarantee identical appearance.

All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order
  • Cancel or limit quantities
  • Refuse orders that appear to be for resale

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • We are not responsible for courier delays
  • Risk passes to you once the order is dispatched

Important for plants:

  • You must unbox your plant immediately upon delivery
  • Delays in unpacking may affect plant health and void eligibility for claims

SECTION 6 – PLANT CARE DISCLAIMER

Plant health depends on environmental conditions and care.

PlantJoyCo is not responsible for plant decline after delivery due to:

  • Incorrect watering
  • Lighting conditions
  • Humidity or temperature
  • Repotting or handling

We provide care guides for guidance, but outcomes may vary.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site (including images, text, branding, and designs) is owned by PlantJoyCo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

All purchases are made directly with PlantJoyCo. Shopify is not responsible for:
