Bring a little garden magic indoors with my Planty Joys Insect Stem Supports. Featuring five colourful insect designs, this playful set adds character to your indoor plants while helping to guide their stems.

I think these are particularly lovely for Hoyas, with their trailing vines and delicate new growth, but they can also be used with many other indoor plants that need a little help staying in place.

Meet the Garden Friends

Part of my Planty Joys – Stem Support Series, these little garden friends are designed to add personality to your plant collection without overwhelming the beauty of the plants themselves.

Each support has a two-pronged shape for gently positioning suitable stems.

How to Use Your Planty Joys Stem Supports

  1. Find a stem or trailing vine that could benefit from gentle guidance.
  2. Insert the support carefully into the potting mix, keeping clear of major roots.
  3. Rest the stem between the prongs without forcing or tightly gripping it.
  4. Reposition the support as the plant grows.

These work particularly well as gentle guides for smaller Hoya vines and other flexible indoor plant stems. They are not intended to hold heavy stems or replace a sturdy trellis.

What's Included

5 decorative insect-design stem supports. Assorted garden-inspired designs. Two-pronged support style. Insect designs may vary from images shown as we use a range of designs.
